Subversive Knitters-Don't Leave the Country

It used to be called cotton/acrylic blend. Now it's Cotton & Eco-Spun. Now that it's cool and PC, the yarn snobs might be more inclined to use acrylic Eco-Spun.

Knitting progressed as it was supposed to. I got three sections done on the Shawlette. If I can do three or four sections a day I'll be home free to get it mailed out "in time"!

Watched Prince Caspian while knitting. It was just as good the second time around!

Keeping the "We" in "Yes, We Can!"

Gift Ideas. A book "safe" or treasure hider.

  1. I'm not sure I get the name of the yarn. I suppose they qualify the name by recycling soda bottles instead of dumping them in the landfill in the ocean and killing our fish.

We are on the same track for the shawlette. You are knitting fewer repeats per day than I am but that is because yours is longer. I have 9 more repeats to go. I'd be further along but I forgot my project in the car yesterday. Will be glad when this one is over with.

I really am glad you're commenting. Please make sure I can find you by insuring you leave an e-mail address. It's so frustrating to have someone ask a question and no way to answer them! Thanks!
