New Project

Started up a new project...a shrug for Youngest Granddaughtet, although I'm not so sure it's big enough. The pattern, GG Shrug, is very easy to do and again, with a bit of work could be adjusted for any size. I'm using three strands of Brunswick Bambini and one strand of Paton's sock yarn. It's giving it a nice heathered look, soft and "girly". Size US8 needles. I've already adjusted the pattern, doing garter stitch at the color line and changing the increases to YOs. I'll try to get Youngest Granddaugher to try it on before school today so I know what's what.

Second Son and Third Grandson came over to visit and do laundry. It was a nice visit and I got to babysit TG for awhile. Let's see I think that's the first time since he was an infant. Not much to do with him, he's in his own world so it's just matter of keeping him safe. His vocabulary is still growing...he counted all ten fingers yesterday! He's in an all day special ed kindergarten and has some unofficial volunteer one-on-one friends from the fifth grade class during after-care.

  2. I'm amazed at how many projects you complete. I must check that out on Ravelry and see them all together.

Nice start and nice looking shrug.

I really am glad you're commenting. Please make sure I can find you by insuring you leave an e-mail address. It's so frustrating to have someone ask a question and no way to answer them! Thanks!
