Hatz, Hatz, and More Hatz

Now that we're done making Mittnz, we are on to, in addition to Blanketz, Hatz!
I've been making them off and on all summer and thought I had twenty of them finished. Imagine my surprise when I took pictures this morning and discovered I had 22 finished Hatz!

I finally got the second sock for Third Son cast on last night and about half the ribbing done. If live would settle down I could make some progress on it. Maybe this weekend.

How tacky can a US Presidential Candidate be? Does he think Obama has cooties? What a jerk.

    Wow, what a great hat collection!

    Thanks for posting the video. I saw that and couldn't believe it. Alison (from Wrapped In Comfort) had comments on her blog about it yesterday as well.

    I think McCain was having difficulty keeping his reputation for having a hot temper under control. Thanks for posting the link.

    At least it looks better here on CNN than how the MSNBC camera angle showed it from closer up but with people in the way, so that it looked like McCain had stood there stony-faced and stock-still when Obama tried to shake his hand. Here, McCain stepped back and away and gestured towards his wife; hardly conciliatory, but at least it's a lot better. (I put a correction on my blog after seeing this video.)
