Good Morning!
Good Morning! magnify

Sleepy girl first thing this morning!

Joansie <--click and I were talking about reading blogs outside of the 360. It's such a pain to go to each blog to see if there is something new to read. I did a bit of research and found Google Reader. <--click It allows you to load all the URLs for your favorite blogs. Then each time you go in, it'll tell you who has new info on their blog and gives you the first several lines of the blog entries or if there is only one entry the entire thing. And a link to to go to the blog itself if you want. However, the only drawback is that it considers all comments as new info, so even if the blog entry hasn't changed it'll show as updated.

It works well. I uploaded everything last night and went in to check this morning and three blogs had updated entries.

For those interested in knitting easy socks for charity, here's a very simple, ww sock pattern <--click for children's socks. Norma <--click is heading a click--> Magic 28 project to stamp out cold feet. Will have to try the pattern out for my grands and then see about more socks for others..... If I had eight arms and 48 hours in each day, I'd make matching socks to go with my hats!!!!

Sock is coming along!

Ya know....it doesn't take very long to make a sock if you don't have to frog every four rows!

I finished the Asherton hat <--click. Somewhere along in my decreases I screwed up. So I frogged back to the top of the P6, K6 round and did the decreases differently. This hat is so tall already, I wanted a flat top, so I added more decreases per round and it made a nice flat top.

The hat is really a lot larger than I'd thought it would be and will easily fit a teenager. My six year old grand daughter drowns in it!

Now I have to go through all the patterns everyone has shared and pick out a new one to CO!
