Scrappy Socks and Heeting the Feet

Leg done, waste yarn inserted and a few inches of the foot done.

I spent a long day of watching stuff on the computer while knitting: Finished the last episode of Dexter. I really like this show. If you haven't watched it, consider getting the DVDs. It's pretty good! I also watched L.A. Confidential which was fantastic! I really like Russel Crowe and Kevin Spacey. Another movie I watched was Follow the River. It was mildly entertaining, very hard to believe as it was portrayed. It's a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie so it's got it's share of maudlin, sugar coated stories. meh.

Think you can find a few hours to make a pair of socks or slippers in any size? Or purchase something to help keep feet warm? Pretty please with sugar on top? And a cherry? We'd like to exeed our totals for 2008: 1116 pairs of socks and slippers. More information on Sheep Shots and the Yahoo Group.
"Resolutions? Only one: I will not stab anyone this year.

I make this resolution every year, and it proves that making resolutions TOTALLY WORK!" I like the way Rachael thinks!

Keeping the "We" in "Yes, We Can!"

  1. Why don't you start from the bottom? I think that is better to start a socks.
